GENERAL CONDITIONS

These are the General Terms governing the use of the torresdeserranos.com Internet website, made available to the Users.

The use of this website implies full acceptance by the User of the General Terms of Use in effect at the time the User accesses the site. Thus, the User agrees not to use the website or its services and contents in a way which is contrary to the provisions set forth by current laws.

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and agreeing to the processing thereof by Torres de Serranos Apartmnets S.L. in the way and for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy.

Torres de Serranos Apartments S.L. reserves the right to modify this General Terms of Use and suspend or terminate the services offered on this website at any time.

By accessing, browsing and using the website torresdeserranos.com, the User is agreeing to comply with the Terms and to handle content diligently, correctly and lawfully. Therefore, Torres de Serranos Apartments S.L is held harmless from any illegitimate use made by the User of this website.

The apartments managed by Torres de Serranos Apartments S.L. are used for holiday homes for tourism purpose. All the guests are subject to the regulations of holiday homes for tourism purpose in Valencia.  As the apartments are situated in the residential buildings, the house rules of the community of owners should be respected at all times and careful attention should be paid to fulfil the following conditions.

  • No party of any kind is allowed.
  • During the rest periods of neighbors(21:30 h to 09:00) h, maximum attention should be paid not to cause noise or discomfort to the neighbors.
  • When passing through the common areas (e.g.stairs, elevator), try to keep noise down to a minimum not to cause a noise nuisance.
  • Leaving bicycles or other personal belongings in common areas such as an entrance hall or stair landings is not allowed.
  • All the apartments are occupied as serviced apartments and are only to be used as holiday home for you. The maximum number of the guests can not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment or the number of the guests stated in the contract.
  • Any activity that comes into contradiction with the habitual uses of coexistence, hygiene and public order, or that prevents the normal rest of other users of the property or failure to respect these rules causing inconvenience to the neighbors or other residents can result in the immediate termination of the rental without any refund.
  • Upon arrival, at the time of check-in a refundable deposit or guarantee can be required. Torres de Serranos Apartments S.L. reserves the right of admission.
CANCELLATION AND REFOUND POLICY: There are different cancellation conditions depending on the channel, the means or the rate chosen to make a reservation. a) Reservations made on online portals : cancellation conditions will be the same as those put in the portal. b) Reservations made directly by email or telephone: for cancellations made 60 full days before 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) of the local time of the day the reservation begins, 95% of the money paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs with full 30 days before 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) of the local time of the day on which the reservation begins, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations with full 20 days or less before 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) before the day on which it begins, no amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.
